Job Description

Responsible for the top 5 and largest enterprise accounts in my territory. Responsibilities include preparation of account plans, marketing strategy, and field execution plans; engaging at a strategic level especially with CxO executives at both customers’ and partners’ organizations to understand key business drivers, initiatives, and challenges; adopting value selling methodologies when engaging with key stakeholders to identify critical areas of improvement to help achieve desired business outcomes; managing customer escalations and mobilizing all required resources—including partners’ and customers’—and ensuring the resolution of issues in a timely manner.
