Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Coordinator to support our data collection and field research efforts. The ideal candidate should be an Arab national with excellent communication skills and a background in accounts, finance, or business . This role involves coordinating and overseeing surveys, ensuring accurate data collection, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of surveys and field data collection
- Liaise with surveyors and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Compile and validate collected data for reporting purposes
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the team
Requirements
- Arab national with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English
- Experience – minimum 2 years
- Educational background in accounts, finance, or business
- Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be available to join immediately
