Role Overview
As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered products and solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, innovative solutions, prioritizing AI features, and overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Leveraging your agile experience, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage sprints, and ensure that the team adheres to scrum practices to maximize productivity, manage user stories and sprints efficiently. This role is designed for a visionary candidate who will drive the development and deployment of generative AI products. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, market acumen, and agile management skills to steer our AI initiatives towards success.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate and define the product vision and strategy for generative AI solutions, creating unique products that set industry standards.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops with engineering, design, and research teams to inspire new ideas and approaches for product development.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and foresee emerging trends that can be leveraged for innovative products.
• Engage actively with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, using creative methodologies to explore their needs and expectations.
• Develop and manage a compelling product roadmap that balances creativity with practical implementation, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from a creative angle, ensuring that each phase from conception to launch is infused with originality and innovation.
• Continuous monitoring of the product adoption and performance
• Utilize creative data analysis techniques to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement, focusing on creative metrics and user engagement.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring and integrating the latest creative trends in AI technology and product management practices.
• Facilitate scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring that the development team is clear on priorities and progress.
• Manage the product backlog and refine requirements on GitHub Projects, collaborate closely with scrum teams to clarify specifications and deliver solutions aligned with user needs and business goals.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a product manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful AI-driven products.
• Deep understanding of generative AI technologies and a flair for applying these in innovative, market-leading products.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with a creative mindset.
• Solid experience in agile methodologies and GitHub Projects for agile project management, demonstrating proficiency in managing sprints and stories in a tech-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Experience in the public or government sectors with a focus on innovative, user-centric product solutions.
• A technical background with hands-on experience in software development and AI technologies, coupled with a strong creative vision.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
