Job Description

As a Cabin Crew member, you will act as an ambassador of Air Arabia, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout the entire flight cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely attendance , professional grooming, and readiness for all assigned flights.
• Attend pre-flight briefings and perform pre-flight safety checks.
• Deliver high-quality customer service , assisting passengers with boarding, requests, and pre-bookings.
• Promote on-board products and charity programs to achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and manage inventory, including duty-free products and catering supplies.
• Attend recurrent training and maintain required certifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Age: 20–26 years (freshers); up to 33 years (experienced cabin crew )
• Height: 160 cm (female), 168 cm (male)
• Weight: Proportional to height and age; clear skin, no visible tattoos
• Medically and physically fit; capable of swimming with aid of flotation device
• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (Diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus)
• Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic fluency preferred
