Responsibilities include:

1. Experience in process modeling and development/implementation using IBM Blue Works Live and IBM BPM 8.5.X/BAW, with knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).
2. IT production support experience, well-versed with ITIL IT Operations framework for incident, problem, and change management.
3. Providing application support, designing Proof of Concept (POC), and implementing best practices throughout development stages.
4. Integrating IBM BPM with databases, web services, LDAP, SMTP, and other services, including database and service integration.
5. Installation, troubleshooting, and support of IBM BPM applications, with hands-on experience in IBM WODM and IBM FileNet.
6. Integration with external systems like Microservices, CRM, and Core banking systems, involving middleware for secure transactions (e.g., FINACLE, TIBCO, Safe watch & FIRCO).
7. Managing complete BPM applications, handling change requests, and supporting critical production issues.
8. Performing disaster recovery/drill activities and OS patching on BPM infrastructure servers.
9. Engaging in optimization and automation activities to support product/application deployment.
10. Must be highly responsive, able to work under pressure, and possess a strong sense of urgency.

Experience required: 5 years.

Certifications: IBM BPM Certified, ITIL Certification.
