- Application performance tuning and optimization.
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA.
- Proactive monitoring and incident analysis.
- Experience in workflow maintenance and configuration.
- Knowledge of TCS BaNCS application, both backend and frontend.
- Understanding of SWIFT and local payment settlement processes.
- Knowledge of shell scripting, JBoss, Oracle, Spring, Hibernate, and programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Unix systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and support critical production issues.
- Willingness to work extended hours during critical incidents and schedule weekend deployments.
- Willing to acknowledge and act on command center calls (24×7).
