Experience And Qualification

• University Degree in IT or equivalent
• Experience in working with Banking industry
• Total experience of 15+ years
• 5-6 years of experience of working as an enterprise architect
• Experience in managing a team size of 1-3 people

Skills

• Experience in architecture change management
• Certifications in TOGAF and Cloud SA (AWS, Azure) are preferred
• Knowledge in enterprise architecture tools, and best practices to drive transformation
• Should have good knowledge in Microservices, SOA and Enterprise Security Architecture
• Should have experience in technical architecture assessment and technology program management
• Should have effective communication skills
• Strong through and people leadership skills with a service delivery and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong decision-making skills with an overall view of ADIS’s business requirements
• Modelling and analytical skills
• Problem-solving, consensus building, solution realization across various stakeholders
