Job Summary

Our client, a multinational company based in Dubai is looking for an Assistant to General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in daily operations and coordination tasks
  • Assist in the development of new businesses and projects across multiple sectors
  • Conduct market research, prepare reports, and support feasibility studies
  • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and meeting materials
  • Contribute to project management activities in infrastructure, energy, mobility, and related fields
  • Perform administrative and organizational duties as required

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Basic IT literacy: AI, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project development, particularly in the infrastructure sector
  • Prior experience in a trading company or multinational business environment
