  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.

Key Accountabilities

  • Business Planning & Strategy Development.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor landscapes, and internal data to develop actionable business plans and recommendations.
  • Prepare, review, and present business cases and strategic proposals to executive management and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices and project management methodologies to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of business expansion projects, including new market entries, mergers & acquisitions, and infrastructure scale-ups.
  • Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for expansion initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and integration activities for successful expansion.
