Knowledge & Experience

- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale expansion projects and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.

Key Accountabilities
- Business Planning & Strategy Development.
- Analyse market trends, competitor landscapes, and internal data to develop actionable business plans and recommendations.
- Prepare, review, and present business cases and strategic proposals to executive management and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and project management methodologies to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of business expansion projects, including new market entries, mergers & acquisitions, and infrastructure scale-ups.
- Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for expansion initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and integration activities for successful expansion.
