Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- 2 years of experience in test engineering or product engineering.
- Experience in ATE test development for New Product Introduction (NPI) or High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and testing.
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with SoC and Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) productization, with an understanding of SoC Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test methodologies, including test flow development, test coverage analysis, and fault diagnosis.
- Understanding of supply chain and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities
- Oversee manufacturing production and integrated yield.
- Manage Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) to oversee assembly and test production flow.
- Help with daily management of production.
- Drive improvement of production yield and test time through continuous improvement process.
- Be involved in yield improvement and costs reduction while maintaining excellent product quality.
