What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in a luxury hotel or resort environment in a bartending role, delivering sensational guest experiences.
• Bartending certification or related professional training preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A proactive nature with meticulous attention to detail.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and present a selection of beverages adhering to FIVE-star standards.
• Engage with guests professionally, taking orders and making recommendations.
• Process payments accurately and operate POS systems efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus and industry trends.
• Ensure the bar area is luxurious, organized, and stocked.
• Manage inventory effectively, including stock checks and reordering.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and responsible service.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless service experience.
• Participate in training and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to company culture.
