We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical BI/Data Project Manager to lead the reporting and data visualization workstream for the upcoming Opera and Micros Cloud Migration initiative . The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data engineering, reporting tools, and dashboard development , paired with leadership experience in managing cross-functional reporting deliverables across complex, data-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the reporting and data stream for the Opera and Micros cloud migration project.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to define reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage the lifecycle of reporting from data ingestion, modelling, transformation, and visualization.
  • Build reporting dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce Analytics, tailored to hospitality and operations use cases.
  • Act as the main point of contact for data-related decisions, report scheduling, SLA alignment, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Oversee technical integration with AWS Redshift, Informatica, and CDP platforms.
  • Manage junior developers and work with global teams to ensure delivery across time zones.
  • Conduct performance optimization and data validation across reporting layers.
  • Drive agile project tracking using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Coordinate testing, deployment, and hypercare for all reporting-related components.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Reporting.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, and Oracle/PostgreSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter and Amazon Redshift.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data modeling and reporting logic.
  • Prior experience working in hospitality, technology, or automotive domains.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
