About Your Team

Reporting to the Company Engineering Manager, you’ll lead BIM teams and work closely with digital construction experts, modelers, subcontractors, and project delivery teams.

Our Role

As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Undertake any other reasonable duties or responsibilities as required by your manager, commensurate with the role and aligned with the needs of the business.
• Deploy BIM technology on large projects, integrating 4-D schedules and 5-D cost data to enhance planning and profitability.
• Develop project-specific BIM execution plans, QA/QC protocols and model libraries.
• Plan project setup with the Lead BIM Coordinator, aligning milestones, budgets and resource allocations.
• Direct and mentor BIM teams: assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, resolve performance issues and provide evaluation input.
• Chair weekly model-coordination meetings; drive clash detection, RFI resolution and model sign-offs.
• Support pre-construction by producing model-based quantity take-offs, sequencing studies and shop-drawing packages.
• Engage clients and subcontractors to close design issues, clarify scope changes and identify add-on service opportunities.
• Track progress against schedule and budget; implement corrective actions and escalate critical risks to Senior Management.
• Oversee model backups, documentation, submittals and final BIM close-out deliverables.
• Advise the Senior BIM Manager on new software/tools to optimise workflows and raise project profitability.
• Promote company values, recognise high performance and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in MEP commissioning and testing processes.
• Proven leadership of multi-office or multi-discipline BIM teams.

Knowledge

• Advanced BIM principles, workflows, and collaborative platforms.
• Familiarity with cost-loaded 5-D platforms and BI dashboards.
• Proven leadership of multi-office or multi-discipline BIM teams.
• Mentoring or training experience.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, systems and terminology.
• Expert user of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, TEKLA/MicroStation; proficient in MS Excel, Word and Project.
• Strong judgement, problem-solving and prioritisation abilities; self-starter who meets tight deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal English communication; proactive client-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
