4. Experience with blockchain frameworks like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or EOS.
5. Strong understanding of blockchain principles, protocols, and algorithms.
6. Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment.
7. Experience with front-end development and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
