Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- ✓ Work closely with Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering supervision, guidance, and mentorship to enhance their professional development.
- ✓ Maintain an active caseload of 10-12 clients, ensuring personalized and effective therapy. Direct involvement in therapy and supervision in clinic settings is essential.
- ✓ Engage with clients’ families and educational teams to extend ABA principles beyond the clinical setting, fostering a supportive and cohesive treatment ecosystem.
- ✓ Actively participate in training and development opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in AI technology and its application in autism therapy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- ✓ 2-5 years of supervisory experience as a BCBA, with a demonstrated passion for innovative care delivery in the field of autism therapy.
- ✓ A Master’s degree or higher in a related field, with current BCBA certification.
- ✓ Strong organizational and communication skills, and an enthusiasm for utilizing technology to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- ✓ Alignment with Neuromnia’s mission to integrate AI into autism care, reducing administrative overhead and enhancing clinical outcomes.
