Foreground is partnering with a chocolate house in the UAE to appoint a Boutique Manager to lead the operations of one of the brand locations in Jumeirah area.
This is a key leadership position responsible for translating the brand’s heritage into a seamless retail experience. The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with refined client service standards, leading a team that reflects the sophistication, attention to detail and commitment to excellence expected of a flagship destination.
Role Overview:
The Boutique Manager will serve as the ambassador of the brand within the most visible boutique, responsible for ensuring best‑in‑class client experience, overseeing all store functions and upholding high commercial standards. This role goes beyond routine retail management and demands a leader who embodies the values of luxury, understands regional market nuances and knows how to nurture a team that performs with pride and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full boutique P&L including sales targets, budget planning and cost control.
- Drive the overall client journey, ensuring personalized and memorable service experiences.
- Lead a team of sales advisors, supervisors and support staff with clarity and consistency.
- Implement brand directives on visual merchandising, store layout and seasonal presentations.
- Analyze sales data, client behavior and team performance to inform decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, safety standards and loss prevention practices.
- Act as the key point of contact for internal departments including merchandising, marketing and training.
- Represent the boutique in management meetings, contributing operational insights and team feedback.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, staff development and customer excellence.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, ideally with 2 years in a managerial position.
- Demonstrated success in managing boutique teams, clienteling strategies and luxury sales growth.
- Deep understanding of premium customer behaviors, retail trends and experiential retailing.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; able to inspire, coach and challenge teams.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a must.
- Presentable, articulate and naturally confident in engaging with high‑profile clientele.
