Brand Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to grow market share and drive sales for the baby care portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain brand positioning ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand consumer needs trends and competitor strategies.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and implement consumer campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the team to design advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and sales targets.

Product Portfolio Management

  • Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of baby care products from development and launch to ongoing marketing support.
  • Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to ensure products meet market demands and performance goals.

Consumer Insights & Market Research

  • Utilize consumer insights, surveys and data analysis to inform brand strategies and identify opportunities for new products or improvements.
  • Stay updated with market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
  • Work closely with external partners including agencies and suppliers to implement successful marketing programs.

Budget & Performance Tracking

  • Manage brand budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources for marketing activities.
  • Track and analyse brand performance sales and ROI to report on key results and identify areas for improvement.

Business Development

  • Identify and secure new brand partnerships to expand the consumer division portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification Requirements: Bachelors degree.
  • Skills & Professional Requirements: Proven experience in brand management and business development preferably in the healthcare or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience Requirements: 35 years experience in Marketing, preferable in healthcare consumer sector.
  • Required UAE experience.
