• Launching innovative features in tablets for retail products and achieving digital automation to improve overall TAT.
• Ensuring channel adoption and usage objectives are met throughout the year.
• Implementing regular technology enhancements for seamless digital experience.
• Assisting in preparation and research related to auditing and monitoring requests.
• Becoming a key resource for Tablet Banking knowledge, including processes, systems, policies, and procedures.
