Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle customer’s interactions and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly .
- Provide high class service and support bank different products.
- Adhere to call center scheduling and maintain high level of adherence.
- Maintain a high knowledge about the banks product and services.
Job Specification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in call center
- Candidates are required to work 6 days a week
