Overview

The Role of the Calypso- Application Support Specialist in Treasury (IT) is to provide L1/L2 support to the Treasury – Business Unit across functional areas Front Office, Market & Credit risk, Finance and Operations. The specialist is expected to work in close coordination with the Treasury – Platform team to resolve/clarify any issues reported by business units.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support to the Treasury – Business Unit across Front Office, Market & Credit risk, Finance and Operations.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury – Platform team to resolve or clarify issues reported by business units.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Calypso Production Support experience
  • Strong understanding of Calypso architecture and deployed services
  • Experience in Calypso Trade WF, Pricing and Workstation Reports
  • Experience in Calypso Back Office operations for Trade/Transfer & Messages
  • Strong understanding of Derivatives
  • Understanding of Cash Products
  • Experience in Oracle Database
  • Experience in UNIX
  • Experience in Calypso ERS/FOWS
