• Strong background in event catering, food presentation, and buffet/banquet layouts
• Ability to manage prep, production, and delivery coordination for catering orders
• Skilled in flavor balancing, plating, portion control, and creative presentation
• Experience working under tight deadlines and coordinating with FOH event teams
