About the Role
We’re looking for a Chief Digital Architect to lead architecture vision and governance across a multi‑brand digital ecosystem defining how customer‑facing platforms, data, and Gen‑AI applications come together to deliver next‑generation experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the Chief Architect for the enterprise digital landscape
• Coordinate across Solution, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture teams
• Map and document the current‑state architecture across all digital domains
• Lead architecture reviews of key customer journeys and technology layers
• Design target‑state architectures and transition roadmaps across platforms
• Define architecture for digital workstreams (web, mobile, loyalty, data, integration, cloud)
• Ensure architectural coherence across Gen‑AI, cloud‑native, and CX applications
• Drive design reviews, documentation standards, and governance processes

Requirements

• 12+ years building and delivering customer‑facing digital applications (web & mobile)
• Expertise in MDM, CDP, CXP, CMS, DAM, and Loyalty platforms
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native applications (Azure or GCP)
• Experience building and deploying Gen‑AI solutions
• Strong understanding of software architecture styles, microservices, and DevSecOps
• Exposure to multi‑tenancy and FinOps in scalable cloud environments
• Experience leading architecture teams and collaborating with delivery squads
• Broad understanding of retail and e‑commerce ecosystems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
