Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to lead and manage the overall HR strategy for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within financial institutions and will play a key role in aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Lead performance management, compensation, and benefits frameworks
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational development and change management
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and leadership development initiatives
• Manage HR budgets, policies, and governance standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as CHRO or HR Director
• Prior experience in financial institutions or regulated environments is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations
