We are looking for a strategic and visionary Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead the global residential and commercial sales function. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and managing a team of 300–400 professionals, this role will be central to driving revenue growth, customer excellence, and brand equity across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a compelling sales vision and strategy to maximize profitability.
  • Lead sales expansion across UAE, London, and Australia with scalable growth models.
  • Build and sustain strong client, broker, and partner relationships worldwide.
  • Drive digital transformation in sales through AI, automation, and CRM adoption.
  • Partner with marketing to deliver impactful campaigns and elevate brand positioning.
  • Implement world‑class governance, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Foster a high‑performance, values‑driven culture across the sales organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of leading large, high‑performing sales organizations.
  • Expertise in revenue growth, scalable strategies, and managing diverse global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (RERA, CRS, RICS) are a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen, with a data‑driven mindset.
