Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer with over 5 years of experience to oversee the construction activities and ensure the successful delivery of projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-rise construction and a strong understanding of engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Monitor work progress and prepare daily reports to track project milestones and productivity.
4. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to construction methodologies, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
5. Liaise with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design discrepancies and implement necessary changes.
6. Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to the site.
7. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of safety among the construction team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in high-rise construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the UAE.
4. Proficient in project management and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
7. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
