Relevate Health is excited to launch our 2026 Summer Internship Program, an immersive, hands-on experience designed for students eager to gain real-world experience in healthcare marketing, data, technology, and business operations. This is an 8-week paid internship program beginning June 1, 2026, and interns must be available to participate for the full duration of the program.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student (rising sophomore, junior, or senior preferred)
  • Available for the full 8-week program

As a Client Services Intern, you will function in a supportive role of the day-to-day client lead. You will see how we lead projects from development through execution on assigned accounts. Interns will support tasks that assist in moving projects forward in a timely fashion. As part of the Client Service team, you’ll learn how we collaborate with the client, identify brand needs,
document client decisions and strategy, communication to our internal team, and participate in the final delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities & Projects

  • Learn Relevate Health solution offerings and capabilities, and understand where they fit within both the healthcare industry and the client’s environment
  • Learn Relevate Health processes and systems
  • Assist in preparation for meetings by helping develop status agendas
  • Participate in client calls and take notes to help track the project progress
  • Write clear, concise emails, status reports, and call reports
  • Distribute meeting agendas and summaries to key internal stakeholders
  • Support project submissions with guidance
  • Support red box annotations on projects with guidance
  • Assist in creating job codes within our client’s medical and regulatory environments
  • Efficiently prepares for meetings and follows through on task list
  • Establish collaborative relationships with internal team

About the Department
Relevate’s Client Service Department has the client experience at the center of our core function. Our role within the organization is to be the voice of the customer to ensure that their strategy and goals for the work is pulled through and achieved. Our key performance indicators for measuring success are client satisfaction and revenue.

How the Intern Will Support the Team
The Client Services Intern will be aligned to a team that supports client work. You will experience team huddles, individual 1:1s for personal/professional growth, client calls, and how our team interacts with each department at Relevate.

Required Experience / Background & Preferred Academic Focus

  • High School diploma
  • Comfortable working within fast paced / growth-oriented business environment
  • Proven track record of supporting multiple workstreams, while remaining detail-oriented
