This role is for a skilled cloud infrastructure engineer with experience in Microsoft Azure and/or multi-Cloud environments to design, optimize, and maintain our cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will focus on cost optimization, enhancing security posture, and managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to support the organization’s cloud-first strategy.

Technical Competencies

• Expertise in Azure including services like Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and Azure Storage.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, etc.
• Expertise in Azure VDI solutions.
• Proficiency in cost management and cost optimization using Azure Cost Management tools.
• Strong understanding of Azure security principles, tools, and practices, including Security Center and Defender.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.

Minimum Education/Professional Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solution Architect, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Administrator) preferred.
• Experience in managing hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with multi-cloud providers such as AWS, Huawei Cloud, etc., is highly desirable.
