Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes specific to Persian, Arabic, and Mediterranean cuisine.

Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs while maintaining creativity and authenticity.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen at all times.

Assist in mise-en-place, stock control, and minimizing food wastage.

Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Requirements

Previous experience as Commis 1 in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.

Strong knowledge of Persian, Arabic, or Mediterranean cuisine.

Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Team player with a positive attitude and passion for food.

Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
