KBR seeks a Commissioning Lead – Utilities & Offsites with Onshore Site experience in MEGA EPC projects, based in Abu Dhabi , for a PMC project .

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (MUST).
  • Minimum of twenty (20) years relevant experience in commissioning or operation readiness, preferably in the GCC region.
  • At least (5) years in a similar role within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, especially sour gas, utilities, power, steam, generation, or air separation.
  • Provide guidance to the commissioning team, EPC contractor, and sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate with vendors to monitor commissioning activities.
  • Responsible for progress, review pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures.
  • Support the Senior Commissioning Manager and review commissioning manuals.
  • Verify mechanical completion certificates for systems and subsystems.
  • Participate in commissioning and related meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve commissioning obstacles, verify system readiness for MC and RFSU certificates.
  • Monitor and approve punch list close-outs.
  • Ensure completion and handover processes comply with contractual documents.
