A leading healthcare provider in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is expanding its Internal Medicine Department and is seeking a qualified Consultant / Specialist Internal Medicine Physician to join its multidisciplinary clinical team. The position focuses on delivering high‑quality adult medical care within a modern hospital environment serving a diverse international patient population. Role Overview

• Position: Consultant / Specialist Internal Medicine Physician
• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Healthcare Setting: Multispecialty hospital – Internal Medicine Department
• Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years post‑specialist or board certification
• Practice Model: Outpatient and inpatient adult care with access to ICU and subspecialty support

Key Responsibilities – Internal Medicine

• Provide comprehensive medical care for adult patients, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases
• Conduct detailed medical evaluations, physical examinations and diagnostic assessments
• Manage common and complex conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disorders and infectious diseases
• Deliver preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, lifestyle counselling and risk factor management
• Diagnose and manage acute medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate inpatient care
• Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Monitor patient progress, adjust therapies and ensure continuity of care
• Provide patient education on disease management, medication adherence and lifestyle modifications
• Coordinate care with subspecialists such as cardiologists, endocrinologists, nephrologists and pulmonologists
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives and internal medicine programs
• Ensure adherence to evidence‑based clinical protocols and patient safety standards

• American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
• UK CCT / MRCP / FRCP
• European Board Certification
• Royal College Certification (Canada)
• Australian Fellowship (FRACP – Internal Medicine)

• FCPS (Internal Medicine)
• Or equivalent recognised specialist qualification

Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for DOH / DHA / MOH licensing.
