About the Role – Consulting Manager

As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for leading consulting engagements, managing a team of consultants, and driving business growth while ensuring high‑impact results for clients. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, leadership, business development, and hands‑on consulting expertise.

Dubai, UAE

Reporting to: Managing Partner

Managing: Senior Consultants, Consultants & project teams

Travel: Frequent travel across Amman, Dubai, and Riyadh is expected

Relocation: Preference for candidates open to relocation based on business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end consulting projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and impact
• Provide expertise in business strategy, operational improvement, digital transformation, and innovation management
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and excellence assessments
• Develop and implement excellence frameworks, strategic roadmaps, and performance improvement plans

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Jordan, UAE, and KSA
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing long‑term partnerships
• Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and business negotiations

Excellence & Innovation Consulting

• Support government and private sector entities in implementing Excellence Models (EFQM, GEM, DGEP, QGEP, KAQA)
• Provide innovation management consulting, helping clients achieve GInI innovation maturity levels
• Lead excellence assessments, cultural transformation initiatives, and training programs

Training & Corporate Development

• Design, develop, and deliver corporate training programs in excellence models, innovation, business strategy, and management best practices
• Conduct executive workshops and capability‑building sessions for clients

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop Senior Consultants & project teamsEnsure team alignment with company goals and client expectations

Cross‑Office Collaboration & Regional Expansion

• Work closely with teams in Amman, Dubai, and Riyadh to align on strategy and operations
• Frequent travel required across company branches to support business needs

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable Jordanian government university (University of Jordan, JUST, Hashemite University, or German Jordanian University)
• Master’s degree is a plus
• EFQM certified assessor is preferred
• GInI certified assessor is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years in management consulting, business development, or strategic advisory
• Proven experience in leading consulting projects, business strategy, and client management

Skills & Expertise

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Experience in excellence models, innovation management, or corporate training is a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently and relocate based on business needs
• Native in Arabic and fluent in English
