Create property walkthroughs, lifestyle reels, and market-related video content
Write catchy captions, headlines, and property descriptions that drive engagement
Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting on all platforms
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop creative campaigns
Stay on top of social media trends, real estate market updates, and competitor content
Optimize content for SEO and audience reach

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in real estate or luxury brands

Strong photography & videography skills (mobile and professional camera)

Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut

Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn trends

Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills

Creative eye for luxury aesthetics and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
