Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in content strategy, knowledge management, knowledge design, or related project or program management.
- Experience leading multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in global teams and with outsourced content production.
- Experience building strategic content plans, analyzing metrics, and reporting on content effectiveness. Ability to distill technically complex and cross-product features and user issues into digestible user content strategy.
- Experience design and content quality moderation. Comfortable with emerging content formats (e.g., personalized, interactive, motion-based, AI-driven, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for content management, editing, or publication.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and to communicate and collaborate well with cross-functional teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$204,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Design user-centric help content aligned with product goals, technical capabilities, and competitor data to support the end-to-end customer journey.
- Leverage cross-product knowledge to identify and bridge content gaps across unique user paths.
- Deliver high-quality, localized content across channels. Manage AI-enabled creation tools, providing feedback for optimization while drafting manual content for exception cases.
- Act as the primary lead for product updates, advocating for user needs and managing approvals with engineers and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven experiments and industry best practices. Measure and report content effectiveness and return-on-investment to executive stakeholders.
