Contracts Specialist role at Dicetek LLC

Location: Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the contracts database on SAP Ariba
• Ensure timely renewals and updates of the contracts’ records
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, buyers, vendors, and legal for the timely execution of contracts
• Review and upload all new and renewed contracts along with the necessary supporting documents and correspondences
• Prepare a monthly dashboard for the contracts database
• Review the existing database for quality assurance to ensure that all necessary documents and approvals are uploaded to the system

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Ariba (preferable)
• Experience in Banking and Financial Service Institutions (preferable)
• Procurement Certifications (CIPS or equivalent) (preferable)
