We are seeking an exceptional academic leader to join our corporate team as theCorporate Head of Academics , responsible for shaping and driving the educational strategy across all our schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic academic leadership across all schools under the group, ensuring alignment with the Group’s vision, mission, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Oversee curriculum development, academic policies, teaching and learning standards, and assessment frameworks across UK and CBSE curriculum schools.

  • Drive school improvement initiatives based on internal data analysis, inspection frameworks, and international benchmarks.

  • Lead the development and implementation of academic audits, reviews, and professional development programs to ensure high-impact teaching.

  • Collaborate with Principals, Phase Heads of Schools, and Heads of Departments to embed best practices and monitor student progress and attainment.

  • Support new school setups and accreditations by designing academic structures and curriculum frameworks.

  • Analyze academic performance data to inform decision-making and ensure accountability.

  • Represent the organization in academic forums and regulatory inspections.

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in Education or a related field (Doctorate , NPQH preferred).

  • Minimum 10 years of academic leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a school group or regulatory body.

  • Proven track record of driving academic excellence and raising attainment across multiple schools.

  • Strong knowledge of British, Indian (CBSE), curriculum frameworks and UAE regulatory requirements.

  • Experience in school improvement planning, assessments, curriculum innovation, and academic audits.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.

  • Ability to influence and lead across diverse educational settings.
