The role holder is responsible for maximizing the company’s exposure through social media channels. You will support and drive all aspects of social media management for the company brand and its entities. Ensure all entities are accurately represented online and support business plans and objectives. The role requires developing fresh ideas, staying updated on industry trends, and possessing strong analytical abilities. Creativity and self-motivation are essential, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Implement social media strategy ensuring corporate and brand requirements are adhered to at all times.
  • Develop content, monitor, and update the company’s social media channels.
  • Coordinate online activity to meet the objectives of company events, initiatives, and brand strategies. Keep social platforms updated in all available languages.
  • Maintain a social media marketing calendar for campaigns and promotions.
  • Support brand, marketing, PR, and customer relations activities online.
  • Carry out online marketing activities as directed by the department manager.
  • Generate analytical reports on social media statistics and execute necessary actions.
  • Support corporate event coverage on social channels.
  • Maintain community guidelines reference log.
  • Assist in developing and safeguarding the brand identity.
  • Contribute to social media advertising and promotional efforts to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of social media management experience in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.), in-house or at an agency.
  • Experience delivering storyboards or campaigns from conceptualization to execution.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Photography and videography skills, or ability to edit, are a plus.
