Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or logistics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to monitor and improve performance based on KPIs.
