Core Competencies & Skills

• Storytelling: Excellent communication and executive engagement skills; ability to simplify data lakehouse and AI concepts for CxOs.
• Technology Breadth: Strong background in database, integrations, and analytics (Oracle Database and Data Integration platforms, Oracle Analytics Cloud)
• AI Enablement: Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, Machine Learning, Python
• Demo Innovation: Hands-on capability with Oracle Data Integrator, Python, Oracle Analytics/ Fusion Data Intelligence for creating impactful demos.
• Enterprise Architecture: Ability to design hybrid/multi-cloud architectures with scalability, security, and compliance in mind.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work across sales, consulting, and product engineering teams in highly distributed environments.
• Industry Vertical: Proficiency in at least one Industry vertical will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of IT/solution architecture experience with at least 4 years in Data integration, warehousing and analytics.
• 3–5 years of solutioning exposure, with practical experience in demos, POCs, or customer workshops.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Data Integration, Oracle Analytics/Fusion Data Intelligence, and multi-cloud ecosystems.
• Familiarity or experience with products like Databricks, Microsoft Fabric
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing both technical and business leaders.
