Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.
- Experience in corporate physical security.
- Experience managing a contracted workforce.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience developing and deploying processes to mitigate risk.
- 2 years of experience coordinating or leading security, and experience planning security operations or strategy for security programs.
- 2 years of experience managing incidents and crises.
- Knowledge of current security technology including access control and CCTV.
- Familiarity with Google applications.

As a Data Center Security Manager, you deliver full pieces of a project and make significant contributions with minimal guidance. You use your knowledge of security technology, data analysis, and data visualization to plan efforts of a team responsible for small to medium sized initiatives by delivering value-added perspectives and influencing project direction. You contribute to cross-team collaborations, identify and recommend multiple creative ways to solve defined problems. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the compliance, security and risk management program at the Data Center campus or related infrastructure which includes managing site security incidents, escalations, guard contract management, and all other physical security-related issues.
- Provide after-hours on-call management support and act as the primary point of contact in emergent, event response, or crisis management when needed.
- Execute investigations related to Code of Conduct and other business violations including worker injuries and security incident investigations. Perform straightforward Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA).
- Implement established compliance processes aligned with Corporate Security and Risk Management (CSRM) policies, standards, guidelines, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
- Manage the security-related costs through budget, forecasting and invoice control for the assigned campus, and assist management with financial analysis and input to financial decisions for security requirements.
