Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition through existing introducing broker (IB) partnerships and by recruiting new IBs in the Chinese market.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth within the region.
• Manage and grow relationships with IBs, affiliates, and partners to increase trading volume and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards in client onboarding and IB recruitment.
• Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Compliance) to enhance local business performance.
