Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in B2B and multi-channel marketing with enterprise software, infrastructure or platform-as-a-service technology brands.
- Experience with enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and integrating AI-driven personalization tools into the marketing funnel.
- Experience in using data analytics and CRM reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) to track MQL-to-Oppo conversion rates and ROI.
- Experience partnering with Sales and Business Development (BDR/SDR) teams to define funnel strategies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience operating within the EMEA market, including an understanding of regional data privacy regulations (such as GDPR) and localized marketing nuances.
- Experience managing and leading contractors, agencies, or vendor teams to deliver complex, multi-channel marketing projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working in a regional role and influencing executive stakeholders across the business.
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies, Google Workspace, Cloud business, and channel ecosystem.
- Strong business acumen, and ability to interact with highly technical people and technologies.

Your responsibilities will include using paid media to drive demand generation for a selection of targeted mid-market and enterprise accounts, as well as drive pipeline business growth in EMEA. You will also collaborate on global programs, for contact development via content distribution. You will craft and execute media campaigns to drive lead generation of targeted accounts, with a strong focus on performance and optimization of the entire campaign experience. You will also be the business owner for growing the pipeline business coming from our flagship Google Cloud products. You’ll work closely across the Google Cloud team to understand business needs, develop media marketing plans, track growth and report results.

Responsibilities
- Deploy AI and automation tools to scale personalization, improve lead scoring, and enhance the performance of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Drive the operational rhythm with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to optimize lead handoff, feedback loops, and overall funnel health.
- Manage and optimize existing marketing channels while proactively identifying new growth levers.
- Orchestrate integrated campaigns across paid media, web, and content to drive a cohesive, “always-on” demand engine.
- Use data-driven insights to propose and execute experiments that improve Return on Investment (ROI) and identify untapped market opportunities.
