About the Role

Job Title: Design Institute Director

Job Location: Dubai

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the Design Institute, ensuring efficient management and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support the institute’s long‑term growth and development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with high‑level clients and key stakeholders to strengthen business partnerships and expand opportunities.
• Lead business management activities, ensuring effective coordination across departments and functions.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for project planning and execution, including key decision‑making related to project development and delivery.

Job Requirements

• Full Professional with more than 15 years of relevant professional experience in oil and gas industry design or surface engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of management experience , demonstrating strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Overseas work experience , with the ability to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in English as a working language , enabling effective communication in professional and technical contexts.
• Background in Process Engineering is preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management credentials are considered an advantage.
