Summary: Provides real‑time and engineering support for digital drilling optimization workflows. Utilizes drilling analytics tools to improve performance, reduce NPT, and support hazard detection.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time drilling parameters to identify performance issues and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct torque & drag, hydraulics, vibration, and BHA modelling.
• Use digital drilling platforms for hazard prediction, stuck‑pipe monitoring, and optimization.
• Provide decision support to drilling teams based on engineering models and real‑time data.
• Support digital drilling deployments, field enablement, training, and user adoption.
• Prepare daily performance reports and participate in after‑action reviews.

Required Skills

• Strong drilling engineering background (HPHT, ERD, horizontals).
• Experience with drilling modeling software and real‑time platforms.
• Knowledge of WITS/WITSML data, KPIs, and rig operations.
• Ability to work closely with RTOC teams and field personnel.
