Overview

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure the digital marketing campaigns align with company goals and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure that content is informative, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Create and manage editorial calendars, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company’s presence across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community interactions.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and structure for organic search engine rankings (SEO).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and meet KPIs.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and drive conversions.
  • A/B test email campaigns to optimize open rates and click-through rates.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for digital marketing initiatives. Optimize the ROI for paid media campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including design, content, and sales to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and cohesive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
