We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Entry level Digital Signage Specialist to play a key role in enhancing in-store digital and interactive touch-points. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns while ensuring the seamless functionality of digital signage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Oversight and Maintenance: Manage the day-to-day configuration & operations of digital signage systems, including media players, screens, and interactive kiosks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and content delivery systems.
  • Perform system updates, hardware configurations, and routine maintenance to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
  • Collaborate with vendors and technical support teams to manage repairs, upgrades, and replacements for digital signage hardware.

Campaign Execution and Content Management:

  • Utilize CMS to upload, validate, and schedule content for digital screens and kiosks.
  • Ensure content accuracy, proper formatting, and consistent branding across all digital platforms.
  • Optimize digital campaigns by analyzing system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement seasonal launches, promotional updates, and brand campaigns with a focus on technical precision and timely execution.

In-Store Digital Operations:

  • Conduct regular system audits to assess the functionality and quality of digital touch-points.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of new digital screens and interactive devices in stores.
  • Monitor system logs and alerts to proactively address potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital systems align with operational and branding objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 3 –5 years of experience in managing digital signage systems, CMS – different software any of the following- (Broadsign, Scala, Xibo Signage, Bright Sign, Navori or Four Winds Interactive (FWC), or related technical operations, preferably in retail, hospitality, real estate or consumer facing environment.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Other Requirements: A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
