About the Business Consulting Service Line
Within our Business Consulting team, we partner with clients across various industries, solving fundamental business challenges. Our services are structured around Strategy & Analytics, People Advisory, Procurement Transformation, Finance & Shared Services and Governance & ESG Advisory.
As a People Advisory Director some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting on business development activity, including assisting partners throughout the entire sales cycle: client relationship building, opportunity creation/identification, opportunity qualification, proposals, statements of work, oral presentations, developing project approaches, resource models, and pricing estimates
- Developing the Go To Market, commercial proposition, offerings and strategic plan around developing our HR & People offering
- Investing time into non‑HR projects to understand how we can unlock further opportunities with existing clients around analytics, and enable cross‑selling opportunities
- Developing and upskilling the team to a minimum level where they can provide varying levels of support to a HR advisory related engagement
- Contributing towards a financial target which covers winning work, and managing projects successfully
- Developing your internal & external network, raising awareness about the team’s capabilities, success stories, and client base, identify business development or cross‑selling opportunities
- Maintaining a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services
- Leading and managing a team of consultants to deliver successful project outcomes, in line with the targets and KPIs appropriate for your role
- Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and rigor
- Managing, motivating, developing, training, coaching and mentoring staff on projects while embedding and supporting a feedback focused culture
- Helping define and embed the culture we need to continue growing the team in the right way
- Staying up to date with industry trends and insights, and support the team in doing the same
- Supporting core internal responsibilities, which may include recruitment, thought leadership, financial management, performance management and quality related activities
