About the job

To accelerate the development of context-aware, grounded, and highly personalized AI experiences, we brought together a new, combined Search, Context, and Grounding organization that reports into AI Foundations. This consolidation ensures unified prioritization, resource management, and deeper alignment with our engineering partners.

The Context Service, originally initiated as a “strike team” effort, matured into a foundational extension of the Search Grounding organization. With that in mind, we are creating the new Workspace Universal Context Service Product Management team to streamline and consolidate all the work related to context, grounding, and user intent understanding to deliver highly personalized and connected AI journeys across our products.

As the Director of Product Management for Workspace Search, you will drive product strategy and inspire a talented, collaborative team to accelerate AI capabilities and experiences across Workspace. You will build a global product team; work closely with engineering, design, and marketing leads to define strategy; build cross-Workspace AI Search, context, and grounding experiences; reimagine Search with AI; and cultivate a highly collaborative and effective global team. You will work with customers, product managers, solutions architects, and GTM colleagues to understand customers’ use cases and translate them into technical designs and implementations.
