As the Director you are a thought leader and a catalyst for transformative change. Reporting to the Executive Director of AI & Data, you will play a vital role in shaping the company’s future by providing the data-driven scouting and scientific validation for our long-term AI strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in AI-related research and development, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of translating scientific research into practical applications and strategic recommendations in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of various AI techniques (machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.).
