A top-tier international practice in Dubai is seeking a Project Finance Associate with 3–6+ years of PQE to join their Energy & Infrastructure team. You will advise lenders and sponsors on large-scale projects, draft and negotiate finance documentation, and manage workstreams. Experience in energy transactions and a common law qualification are preferred. Candidates with interest in relocating to Dubai will also be considered. Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
