Job Summary
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the online sales channels for Camelicious across the UAE market. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through digital marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Talabat, as well as other delivery platforms like Deliveroo and Careem.
The role will manage strategic partnerships with key platforms, ensure efficient order management and delivery planning, optimize online product visibility, and collaborate closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to achieve digital sales targets and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Strategy
- Develop and implement the e-commerce and quick commerce strategy in line with the company’s commercial objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces and delivery platforms.
- Drive the expansion of Camelicious product listings across digital channels.
- Build annual joint business plans with key online partners.
2. Key Account Management
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with online partners including Amazon, Noon, and Talabat.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotional placements, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with platform account managers to maximize visibility and sales performance.
- Monitor account performance and ensure alignment with agreed targets.
3. Order Management & Delivery Planning
- Oversee the full order lifecycle from order placement to fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Plan delivery schedules and ensure compliance with platform service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and delivery timelines.
- Resolve operational issues related to order processing, stock availability, and delivery delays.
4. Sales Performance & P&L Management
- Own the e-commerce sales targets and drive revenue growth across digital channels.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze platform data and customer insights to improve conversion rates and basket size.
- Manage promotional budgets and ensure strong ROI on platform campaigns.
5. Digital Shelf & Content Optimization
- Ensure all product listings are optimized with accurate descriptions, images, and SEO keywords.
- Manage digital merchandising, banner placements, and platform promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.
6. Inventory & Supply Coordination
- Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Forecast demand and plan inventory allocation for e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure stock availability to avoid out-of-stock situations and lost sales.
7. Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Plan and execute platform promotional activities such as seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and bundle offers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
- Support new product launches through e-commerce channels.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or key account management within FMCG or food & beverage.
- Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon.
- Experience working with quick commerce platforms such as Talabat or similar delivery platforms.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the UAE FMCG market is highly preferred.
